For anyone looking to stay connected on Edredo—whether HRs and admins with their employees, or teachers with their students—Edredo offers a built-in direct messaging feature right within the platform.
Below is a brief description on how you can use it.
First, to open the direct messaging app, click on the button from the top right corner. This will open the messenger app for you.
Here, you will see 2 sections. On left hand side, all your chats will be listed and on the right hand side you will be able to see the detailed chat messages once you select one conversation from the left side.
You can start a new chat by searching for people through the search bar on top of "Direct Messages" section.
You can also start a group chat by creating a new group. You can create a group by clicking on the "+" icon, next to Groups section heading.
